Return Period:

We accept returns within 7 days from the date of purchase. After this period, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

Customized items (logos, embroidery, printing) cannot be canceled or changed after production starts.

No returns for sizing or color issues. Please confirm details before ordering.

Products are eligible for replacement if they are received in a damaged or defective condition. The same needs to be conveyed to our team within 24 hours of receiving the package.

Unboxing video from sealed package to product reveal is mandatory for any claims.

No claims without proof.

We ensure that a brand new replacement is shipped to you by charging shipping cost extra. Please make sure that the original product tag and packing is intact when reverse pick up is made.

Condition of Items:

All items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these criteria.

Proof of Purchase:

A valid proof of purchase, such as the original receipt or order confirmation, is required for all returns.

Refund Method:

Refunds will be processed and credited in your bank account within 5-7 working days from the date of courier being received in our warehouse.

Non-Returnable Items:

Certain items, such as underwear, gymwear, perfumes, deoderent or personalized items, are non-returnable for hygiene and customization reasons.

Return Shipping:

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Exchange Policy:

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or color, please return the original item and place a new order.
By making a purchase with us, you agree to adhere to our return policy outlined above. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us maintain the quality and integrity of our products.

1. Issues with defective, incorrect, or damaged products must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
2. Items purchased during special sales with free product offers, like BOGO, buy X Get Y,  Free gift , Bundles along with the product are ineligible for returns.
   
3. A reverse shipment fee of Rs 150 is charged, which will be deducted from the refund or will be credited in the wallet.
